We understand that life plans change. We offer refunds based on the following: 60% after initial meeting and package, then prorated based on how many update meetings are left in your package.

The initial meeting is 1 1/2 to 2 hours long. Each update meeting after the initial runs about 1 hour.

We recommend that students start working with us 9 to 12 months before their medical school application deadlines. Starting early also allows you to have enough time to make any necessary improvements to your application before submission.
